The bridge design was dependent on the dam being functional.

That bridge needs an alternative plan. Doubtful the piers will hold as the torrents are in a different vector, and erosion might continue on that river-reroute (e.g., guardrail). The bridge piers will have loosened moorings. Further, a two-fer no-one wants.

So extreme. Oh the weather is so extreme. The media must tell our children their future is doomed. Let them fear when summer heat isn’t along the historical trend for that day, or when a cloud appears. Rain, wind, sunshine, clouds. We’ve never seen this before.
