This music video might be the greatest thing I’ve ever seen. The lyrics, him singing in a Jamaican accent, a bunch of old British people awkwardly clapping. Amazing.

Oh I remember this song. I actually remember being like... 10-12 years old, and watching this on the TV, dubbed over in Hungarian. They translated "lamb curry, you give it to me hot" as "lamb curry, you spicy beast", which is... also not great, but arguably so much better than the original. At least calling it a beast doesn't imply that he wants to make sweet, sweet tender love to the lamb curry. (I think they changed the melody pretty significantly too, but some poor person had to translate this mess, and then the voice actor they had dubbing Jamie had to sing it, which is just........ vile to think about. "Yeah, the weird chef I voice decided to make a reggae ballad about wanting to stick his dick into lamb curry, and now my workday is going to be singing it myself. Finding out the Jamie released a song was a shock to my system. Listening to the awfulness it is took away the shock and now I am in tears of laughter.
