Words cannot describe how beautiful and meaningful Little House is. It’s a work of art, and nothing in modern television comes close.

52 years old and after a stressful day I still watch all the little house episodes. A Classic for all times!

The world will be better place if we make wholesome family shows like these that cater to family values with class and decency!

There will never be another Michael Landon.Through his shows, he taught us how to be better human beings.Kids actually had a role model to look up to. Those days are long gone since his passing & no one has even come close to matching his talents. A sign of the times

So much work went into that production. Little House and The Waltons, can't be touched.

Some people say he left too early, that the world needs more people like him. I think he went back home because he finished his mission. That series was.

I grew up watching this show in the 70s& 80s. I grew up in Simi valley, and as kids we would hike up to the set take pics and beg for water from some of the crew. They would ask how we came in, and when we told them we came straight up the mountain they were very sympathetic to our needs. Being kids we never thought about bringing our own water on the hike. The buildings were all there and we walked into some and even fished in one of the ponds. This was in the early 80s.
  • Little House was a wonderful family show. I miss those days of innocent, and family values. Although many of the older actors have passed, I still miss the wholesome of the show. The shows of today are just awful, I don't watch many of them due to content and language. Thanks for the memories.
  • When it feels familiar, then it is high quality. A series directly seeded in all of our hearts. R. I. P. Michael 🙏

I have watched episodes of Little House on the Prairie many times. Families and people were the focus of their lives. Maybe if we had not lost sight of these values our world would be a much better place today.
  • So grateful Micheal Landon decided to read the book and then decided to make an unforgettable series about. Rip Michael Landon. Dabbs Greer victor French. 😘
  • Little House will always be my favorite TV show ever...but seeing Kathryn McGregor as not only Harriet but seeing her as her beautiful self just made my heart melt! I grew up with all of them and they will forever remain in my heart as Nels, Harriet, Laura, Mary...well you get my point :).
  • Wonderful show, Michael Llandon was a great actor and an even better producer/director. They should have more shows like that today, every show had a message, not like the junk that is on television today.
  • I watch Little house to this day. I watch Bonanza also. Love everything you did! I always loved your acting. Rip Michael. God bless your family!
