Minji really gives a leader vibes. I also think she's an underrated dancer. She's very energetic and refreshing tp watch specially when she smiles and projects on camera.

When the kids are discuss about the choreo, it shows how professional they are, i love it!!

Minji has such leader energy. And it's not just because she's their unnie. I know they don't have official positions but she really moves like the leader of the group and it's clear the other girls look up to her for guidance and direction. She's also kind of the bridge between the Aussie and Korean members being the most fluent in English amongst the K-line. Ador should really consider making her the leader

They were literally so amazing during the whole practice and they STILL had things they said they needed to correct, the amount of talent they have is insane

Without these behind-the-scenes videos, we would never have known their hard work. They constantly monitor, hone, learn, and come up with their own problems that need to be handled appropriately. They deserve more respect and love. So pround of you, NewJeans ❤

I think everybody will agree that new jeans are so incredibly talented they deserve all the success they’ve gotten so far.

I think this is the first time I fell in love with a group, the members, their music and their whole aura so fast !! Everything about them is just so amazing, they are so passionate about their work. <3

They're so intelligent. I love how they fairly assess themselves. They spot it, then correct it, that's a damn good way to remember something. So young and just so full of passion it's so sweet to see :')

I’m so grateful that practices and behind-the-scenes videos are published for the public, because as a 🇺🇸 not-familiar-with-K-Pop fan, it was mind-blowing to realize that they could do this choreography from start to finish error-free, no need to edit together fifteen separate takes or anything.

Minji is such a dependable anchor for the group. You can really see this in the video. She literally does everything. She fills so many roles. I’ve seen her play the role of manager, choreo couch, director during shoots, and safety manager. She’s like a liaison between the members and the ADOR staff. I’ve seen her gently scold Hani for head butting a basketball in Ban Heesoo’s first video. She let Dani take her plate during the mystery plate game. She gave treats with a custom self made sticker for ADORs staff. She’s so sweet. She also knows how to be a leader. She keeps the other members focused while at the same time not being picky or overly meticulous. She allows the members to speak their mind without interposing. She knows when to be serious and when to play around. She makes the other members shine. You’d think she had post-graduate training for leadership and business management. I can see why she played the role of the ‘psychiatrist’ in the OMG MV. If ADOR decides to let the members do solos, I really hope Minji gets one.
