Damn.... even the MSC corners gave him trouble! 😂 Also, the save was just insane... JPM really showed massive levels of skill.

It was a good save shame he never won a championship he honestly should of have at least one championship.

I hate he never became an F1 champion but he certainly proved his skill with the Triple Crown.

Montoya is probably one of the very few that had the potential to be WDC, especially considering the caliber of F1 drivers he had to fight against (Räikkönen, both Schumachers, Alonso). And he still could give those a run for their money.Just like Räikkönen in that McLaren or Schumacher in that Ferrari, Monotya is that BMW were top tier levels. Heck, he would deserve to be WDC more than Button

with barely a lift. it's almost as if this level of car control is lost amongst this era of drivers. Ciaron, do you think the modern formula has anything to do with this? were older cars 'easier' to correct for? i remember reading somewhere that while modern formulas are more understeer-oriented, once you reach the tipping point, it is harder to dig yourself out of a wayward rear end. thoughts?
