As a former Toronto resident , I can confirm I want this to happen.

As an astronaut, I can confirm that the meteor first hit the ISS then the CN Tower, then it went underground and destroyed the Underground Rail Road, resurfaced again, and hit a volcano on Mars. Very true.

alot of editors dont realize that sound is not immediate. it takes time for sound to travel, but the vibration from the impact can be nearly immediate

First thing : Hire an actor. Everything is secondary.

as someone who does not at all know about current events, i was actually fooled by this for a second. that editing is super legit. Props to you guy, the only thing that gave it away for me was that the explosion in the middle of the city where the meteor landed didn't seem big enough.
