Top War claims that the details of the Patriot equipment destroyed are: "Three launchers and AN/MPQ-65 radar of the Patriot air defense system were destroyed." This is quite a large a haul especially if many Patriot missiles, which are the scarce items, were destroyed.

It is awkward to be convincing that Russia would let this attack happen, it might play out to Russian advantage in the end, but I feel they should have been better prepared just in case. The UAF, doubtless with NATO support and planning, gained a short term advantage, at the cost of strategic loss. More than anything this just wastes more lives.

The problem I have with that scenario is that the Russians would never have allowed their citizens to be in harm's way attacked and killed as well as Russian soldiers died in the process too risky and a total no go regards
