They mandate EV's and won't let you charge them because there is not enough electricity?
  • The people can't rely on their air conditioners and yet they want to be dependent upon the same people to power their cars.

Yet everyone is supposed to have an electric car. 😂🙄
  • @sinstyles666
a whole lot of EV owners going to be calling off from work
  • We can not fix our infratructure but, we can shut it down when we want to. The state of Califorina is becoming a joke.

California is a 3rd world country for first world prices
  • Pretending 100 degrees is a heat wave. Name the cities that set record high temperatures

We’re paying a whopping .43/kWh from that pos monopoly company and they still want more money! That’s already the highest in the nation!

Gosh, they act like its the first time that it gets hot in California. Certain places adn areas in Northern California always get brutally hot in summer and have been for many decades. Talked to old timers about the heat before many cars or air conditioning or leaf blowers etc. 100 degrees in summer especially July and August is relatively cool. So start talking about a heat wave once it goes above 115 or 120 degrees.

Ummm PG&E has a history of NOT taking care of issues and problems.

Uh, yah, and people want Gruesom nuesom to run for pres? California is a total mess
  • You MUST buy an electric car they said! It's better for the environment they said! (battery disposal? 🤬) Have fun with that California! I'm still driving my fueled car and the A/C in my house is ❄☃❄
  • We live in Southern Oregon and are terrified by this because my hubby is on oxygen 24/7 and needs electricity for life support.
  • Thank heavens for all the solar/wind generated electricity.......and the high speed train......🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  • Everyone who haves a E'v stay home all summer or walk remember your savings the plant.
  • Good to see CA is being careful with their transmission lines, this infrastructure is crucial to their conversion to all electric vehicles and carbon free energy. This is genius to shut down the electric service for a few people when and where it gets hot and windy instead of wasting a bunch of money on maintenance. The money CA saves on trimming the powerline right of ways alone must be huge. Here in Colorado, there are crews working every day to keep the powerline right of ways free of any fire hazards. They even replace poles and other equipment on a regular basis here, so when a windstorm comes, nothing fails. All just so we can keep everyone in power all the time, what a waste.

All us people who live in rural conservative areas are going to get screwed here. Those living in liberal rural areas will be fine.
