Gingerbread Oatmeal:

Sourdough Pancakes:
4 cups flour
2 cups sourdough starter
3 cups milk
4 eggs
Baked Oatmeal:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
splash of vanilla
dash of salt
seasonal fruit (optional)
Mix all together and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until golden brown.
Sourdough Chocolate Pancakes:
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
6 T sugar
2 cups sourdough starter
3 cups milk
4 eggs
4 T avocado oil (or melted butter)
Generous dash of vanilla
Mix all together until the lumps are gone andand fry.
