This is a first! I’ve never made jerky before but I decided to give it a try! I’ve now made about 10 lbs!

Hell yeah, that looks good. Get some grill gasket and put it on the lid, I grabbed some for my trek and it made a hell of a difference in smoke and temp regulation

Lewy out here making me wanna buy a pellet grill and eat beef jerky. It’s 500 bucks but I’ve been eyeballing a traeger pro series 22. I grill outside probably 3-4 times a week and have been wanting to expand my limitations set by my regular charcoal grill. Cheers Lewy!
