This one's for the fellas. You have to stop letting matters of the flesh distract you. By now, you should have had enough action that you don't crave it, you shouldn't spend money on dates/onlyfans/websites etc. if it puts you in a tough spot. Use sex as leisure (and even then, be careful), not as a medicine to mask the pain that ails you.
