The determination for doing that many encounters for each Pokemon... wow, I don't have the patience for that despite shiny hunting as a hobby! My first shiny in Gen 4 was Bibarel (Great Marsh, and I caught it) so seeing Bibarel in here was nice :)

When you shiny hunted for houndor you could’ve gone a bit down to the right in the other bush to potentially get houndoom. It also spawns pretty often.
