Former President Donald Trump says he will "probably" debate Kamala Harris, but the vice president is taunting him over his refusal to commit to the previously agreed-upon date of Sept. 10. Political strategists Meghan Hays and Maura Gillespie join "America Decides" to discuss whether voters will get to see Harris and Trump on the debate stage.
