Shows how to simulate MOSFET models given by the manufacturer as subcircuits instead of .model parameters only. Other commentary on getting realistic results from a computer simulation.

I wish to simulate against a few temperatures. How do I do that? Do I need to create a new MOSFET symbol with 4 terminals? Is there a simpler way to do it?
