Had those long hard weeks the last 2 weeks. Me and my dad operate the tree service (he is 65 and does trees and I’m almost 32 and grind stumps and we help each other out). One of our guys was complaining real bad about working and generally being obnoxious (to be polite) so we made the decision to shut the tree side down. My dad doesn’t need the frustration and good help is nearly impossible to find these days. I’m keeping the grinding open but took our big vehicles off the road and now saving so much money. Also had some breakdowns of hydraulic hoses on our excavator and some personal/family issues to top it off. Keeping a positive attitude and will keep my YouTube channel going but time to stop the bleeding.
