yes, TW: If you suffer or are suffering from either an ED or restrictive eating, this video is not at all suitable for you at all.

When will you learn, that you CANNOT be boring, even if you tried. You could literally be comparing two dust particules to one another, and we will be glued to the screen. On another note that dinner looks delicious, and I'll have to see if i can mimic. Unfortunatelly I don't have those exact ingredients (sauce and spices) available to me since Im from Portugal, but I'll try to get something as close as possible. Love you❤

that vegan potato soup you shared probably approaching ten years ago now is still one of my favorite things to make ever

this might be enough food for just laying around at home, but to anyone watching pls remember that you would probably need to eat quite a bit more if you’re going to the gym consistently or trying to build muscle

"This video is not called what you should eat today. It's called what I ate today." 💀 Love that.

If you're overeating carrot chips that's probably how you know you're not eating enough

It's so funny because I also discovered a fruit only breakfast was really ideal when I was unemployed for 1 year in my 20s. But sadly its just not sustainable when you have to leave your house and work fulltime.

Disordered eating has "safe foods' repeated over and over, the binge days are compensatory for not getting enough calories the rest of the week. It's the body's way of trying to make it up. Eating this way is our mind's way of coping when we feel anxious and gives us a false sense of control. I'm speaking from experience, and as a therapist - though not necessarily about you, it seems important to share with viewers of this video.

Lettuce gets more bitter as the plant matures and starts to bolt (use its energy to produce flowers and seeds). So it just depends when the farmer harvested it during its life cycle.

i love this so much. It feels like a video call with a friend throughout the day where we’re chillin in our comfy clothes and snacking 🥰 also, buki is THE cutest cat in the world 🤍

Really love this relaxed style video and appreciate the honesty, would love to see these WIEIAD type videos somewhat regularly <3

Just a heads up because you've done some food, diet, weight, and hair loss stuff in the past: eating this little protein will eventually make it's way to your hair. Hair needs protein. When you stopped being vegan and ate more, your hair grew back. Feels like you go through cycles - like most of us do. Just something to keep an eye on if hair loss is still an issue.

I really appreciate your honesty as I'm sick and tired of seeing videos of skinny girls claiming to eat 3000 calories a day. However, I don't agree its normal to binge once in a while. I mean pigging out yes.. we all eat junk food and have desserts, sometimes even daily, but if you're out of control eating and cannot stop that is not normal.

Always wondered how someone could be content doing nothing all day and just being holed up in their home but it makes sense how could you possibly have energy for anything else when you eat like this

So grapes for breakfast, carrots & dip for snack, plain sweet potato for lunch, fish & a piece of lettuce for dinner, followed by a tiny ice cream bar. She ate more when she was Vegan & I actually really enjoyed those food videos. This is just…… sad & so bland.
