So weird! A girl who has only known abuse, manipulation, and prison ISNT a well rounded normal person?!

I understand divorcing him, but why is she demanding he pay her cause she's "in need" but also apparently has the money to get a nose job!? Also I really think Gypsy needs therapy. She needs to stop trying to be a celebrity. She needs therapy not boyfriends

Anyone think maybe Gypsy has a fear of being alone and that’s why she rushes into all these relationships?? To be fair, the girl has never had a moment alone her entire life it feels.

It seems odd to me for the media to focus on this girl so much. She did something horrible for survival. It shouldn’t be glamorized, but the root issue of why also can’t be ignored. The kid was tortured, mentally and physically. Tried to run away multiple times, caught and captured every time. I can’t fully blame a child for doing something drastic in those circumstances. I don’t think it makes her a hero, but it shouldn’t be forgotten that she’s a victim. Focusing on her life out of prison is so strange, it’s like “Heyo, this girl was tortured for the first part of her life, was never given tools to build social skills or emotional maturity, and wouldn’t you know it, now that she’s out it seems like she’s not in a healthy relationship. Like yeah, no shit dude.

she's like 30 being able to live normally for the first time.. of course it's not going to be "normal" reasons. she should have gone to a half-way house first.

Honestly, regardless of what this guy is like behind the scenes I don’t think she should be in a serious relationship quite yet. Gypsy had her childhood stolen from her and spent most of her adult life in jail, she’s had no time to be her own person. That’s the last person who should be getting married.

Gypsy is probably traumatized by the hoarding. Her mom kept EVERYTHING, which may be why she felt some way. She is figuring things out and probably doesn't know how to even handle her own emotions.

It's not really shocking to me that the first time they actually were around each other constantly in person they ended up not getting along. Long distance that starts as long distance doesn't always work out

Let me preface by saying that I’m kinda neutral when it comes to this lady, but highly empathetic for victims of abuse. I feel like Gypsy Rose is being judged on her ability to be an adult when she didn’t have anyone teaching her how to be a good person. It’s absolutely all fun and laughs and she’s intentionally putting herself into the spotlight, so zero criticism of the commentary. I love Ken, Dane, and Mary! I just feel like whenever I see her, I’m watching a person who is learning how to human and adult in realtime.

Can't blame her for leaving a hoarder. They are so disgusting. But I don't think any of her future marriages will last either. She's messed up and needs therapy before she gets into any new relationships. I feel bad for all her sick mother put her through. I wish her the best.
