Use this track when working on advanced and complicated topics like coding/programming, mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any complex mental activity.

Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect when compared to binaural beats or standard music.

What is this?

This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.

How is this session constructed?

The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to the 18Hz range by the 6-minute mark. The isochronic tones frequency then randomly fluctuates between 17.5-18.5Hz to help prevent habituation. This stops you from getting too used to the same frequency when using the track regularly over time. Once the track gets to the final 5 minutes it ramps back down to 10Hz again. You can see an image showing how the session is constructed at the beginning of the video.

How to use it?

Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.

Headphones are NOT required

Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.

When to listen?

Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.

How loud should the volume be?

The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

Discovering this deep focus house song was like finding an unexpected refuge during a challenging period of my life. Through the heartache of a painful divorce where I lost so much—my kids, my home, and even my job—this track became my saving grace. While its captivating beats and rhythms provided moments of escape and solace, they also subtly stirred a fire within me. Amidst the struggles, it reminded me that I possessed an inner strength that my ex-wife couldn't take away. It became a symbol of defiance against the injustices I faced. As the music pulsed through my veins, it fueled my determination to rebuild my life and prove that her actions wouldn't define me. Every beat was a reminder that I would rise above the setbacks, finding my own path to happiness and success. To those experiencing their own uphill battles, I encourage you to find your own anthems that inspire and empower. Let the music become your secret source of strength, fueling your resolve to overcome and thrive. Life may be full of unexpected twists, but remember, you have the power to shape your own destiny and find the silver lining amidst the storm clouds.

for two and a half years I've listened to ALL of these while I worked on my bachelor degree. To think that I have just a few months left. I want to say thank you! this music has helped me FOCUS while goofing off or dance and grove while writing papers and working on assignments. I cant do the piano stuff lol that was only when I was reading.
  • For an ADHD brain like mine, this music is a GAME CHANGER! I deal with numbers all day for work & I feel like the older I get the harder it is to concentrate! That is until I turn your music on & it's like something switches & I'm actually able to get a shit load of work done! I can't thank you enough! Your talents are definitely helping to keep the world going 'round! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤

I owe my PhD thesis completion and Pharma degree to your playlists
  • Pharm D student, and your upbeat + isochronic tones are my go-to. i remember when the channel had just the isochronic tones and ambience. I remember thinking someone should mix isochronic tones and edm, and you, you crazy son of a gun, actually did it. been here since like 2017, and its been a pleasure to watch the channel grow and evolve. thank you for everything you've done for me, and the people.
