96 Buick Riviera, Hydrogen Fuel Cell in the Trunk

I previously had a 60-80% increase in mileage on a 4.6L engine with low manifold vacuum. We'll see what I get on a 3.8L with better vacuum. The cells aren't fully conditioned yet and I can already feel the power at the wheels. The cell on the left will eventually turn black.
