This looks like the kind of film I pretend to hate and roll my eyes at, but by the end I’m completely invested and crying like a baby😂
  • This romance comedy reminds me of my parents. They actually met on a flight as well. My dad was headed to Thailand on vacation and my mom back home to Taiwan. It’s iconic how they met on a plane, how I was born and had to get transported by plane to another hospital due to breathing troubles and now I’m beginning my journey to becoming an airline pilot.
  • Well, unexpectedly, this movie had me in tears multiple times. Nice job Netflix, this one’s a keeper!

I loved this movie so much. I was deeply invested the entire time, I couldn't help but smile to myself while watching the interactions between Hadley and Oliver. Watching them fall in love is everything I dreamed of, and felt so real and nature. the chemistry between the actors was literally a 10/10, I need them to do another project together like yesterday. I cried, laughed, blushed, and cried some more. Both characters were very relatable with their complicated relationships with their parents. I could watch this movie over and over again. I LOVED EVERY SCEOND OF THIS MOVIE!!

Pure Romcoms / Romantic Dramas are so rare these days compared to years past. I know there's a lot of mixed opinions on them -- Many people got sick of the fairy tale and want realism which means not-so-happy-endings -- But it's nice to see the genre is still alive even if it's a very, very niche genre, now. There's room for fantasy and realism because that's what falling in love is like.

thanks for using our song "Infinitely Falling", this movie looks amazing. ❤

Well this was unexpectedly and utterly adorable. Everyone was believable, there was no cringe cheesiness, and I really cared for Hadley and Oliver 🥹
  • Found during random browsing. Started watching for timepass and got glued within 5 minutes of beginning. The way the narrator took us on such a beautiful roller coaster of emotions is speechless. I literally prayed during movie time for their meeting and cried at the end happily. A must watch movie.

This reminds me of when three years ago, I was on a flight home for Christmas and I started to feel really anxious and sick, so the flight attendant suggested I go sit in the back by the restrooms. While standing there at some point I noticed this cute guy that seemed to be having a panic attack. So I asked him if he was ok and he told me about his fear of flying. He was really afraid we were gonna crash and I told him that even if we were to crash we would never feel any pain because we would die on impact. He started laughing and we ended up talking for over 4 hours. For 4 hours we just stood there and talked about everything. At some point I started to feel overwhelmed again, so he took my hand and suggested that we arm wrestle. I realized he was doing this to distract me, and it worked. I ended up feeling better and to this day I knew it was fate that brought us there. It’s like the Universe/God knew what we needed at the time. You know when you meet someone and it’s like there’s this instant click or connection and even though you know this is a stranger, you can’t help feel like you’ve known them your whole life? Well this was that. The sad part of this story is that we never got to exchange any contact information because we were asked to return to our seats. I hoped to see him after the flight but I never ended up seeing him again. All I know is that his name is Luca, he’s Italian, born in Switzerland somewhere near Geneva, works at McDonalds and has dreams of becoming a chef. So Luca, if you ever see this, thank you and I hope someday we meet again.

Oh my god... I was twelve years old when I read this book in 7th grade. It was on display at our school book fair and I had to BEG my classmate to buy it for herself so she could loan it to me to read. It was the first book I ever read in a single sitting, and I remember laughing, crying, blushing, and experiencing every heartbreak and reconciliation through Hadley's eyes. And by the end of it all, I was so fundamentally changed, and since then, I've always dreamed about experiencing the magic between Hadley and Oliver for myself (especially at airports 🤭). I cannot believe it's taken 10 years to adapt this into a film, but I'm so beyond excited for this! And with Haley Lu Richardson and Ben Hardy at the helm 😭 this is going to be such a treat 🥳

I loved it! The film had no vulgar scenes or any unwanted nudity. It was just pure romantic comedy! 💖 I think it’s one of my favorite rom coms I’ve watched all year! The story was so cute and Jameela Jamil’s presence and calm voiceover made it so good! Haley Lu Richardson is a gem! Like girl rocks any role she does, she’s a true natural!

I just watched it because I was completely bored and didn't think it would be good and I'd end up being more bored BUT it was REALLYY good! I don't find a lot of heartfelt romcom drama these days and this came to resuce! I was crying laughing and definitely feeling the chemistry!!😭❤️ I ended being not bored :)
  • @rooconrad
Who is gonna reassure me that this in fact only happens in the movies and I don’t have to cry my eyes out and eat a tub of ice cream because I’ll be single forever….
  • @strangeturtle5947
I read this book when I was a teenager who actually believed in love at first sight. Now I'm in my late twenties and jaded about love. It's nice to revisit this tho. Can't believe Netflix picked it up.

It is SO wonderful to see and watch a lovely, fun and delightful romantic film that is not cheesy, filled with brilliant quips, great casting and just good love story. Thank you Netflix. Disney should learn.
  • @silveriste9549
Just watched this and it was absolutely amazing! So much intense chemistry between the two!
  • @jijixiaxvi
I remembered reading this back in the day when I just got out of a very long, toxic relationship and thinking that this type of love never really happens. I was jaded, I know. But I was also in my early 20s and didn't know a single thing about love. Ten years later, I found myself in an extremely healthy relationship with my own loving British man and we met in a situation that's similar to this one. It's weird when fiction meets reality, but it's always nice to know that love can take on plenty of forms. I can't wait to watch this when it comes out!

idk why bc i don’t do relationships but i love a good romcom! 😂
  • @mmariankaa
Just watched it with my grandma and we both absolutely loved it. The chemistry between the main is *chef’s kiss*!😍 Cute and heartwarming love story which leaves you with fuzzy feelings inside when the credits roll. Sometimes that’s all we need from a romcom 😌
  • @JenHime_
This was such an early 2000s romantic movie I loved every moment of it. It's cliché in every possible way but that is what I missed.
