I started supporting Liverpool in the 13/14 Season... Suarez had just left, Sturridge was injury prone, Sterling beginning to take shape, and aside from the great Stevie G. Joe Allen was our best midfield player. I'd see us lose regularly to Chelsea, Man United, and Man City. Liverpool's 15/16 season was a tough start. A season without Gerrard, Balotelli in our dressing room, and Brendan Rodgers scrambling to keep his job. Then this man came in, The Normal One, he made me believe. Jurgen Klopp, thanks to you I have seen us beat Chelsea, Man United, and Man City in near routine fashion. I have seen us lift more trophies than I could have imagined, I have seen nights I will never forget, and thanks to you I fell in love with football. Thank you, thank you for everything Jürgen Norbert Klopp...

Even as an Arsenal fan, I’m gonna miss him

The fact that Jürgen Klopp is highly respected and loved by all the opposing fans, opposing players and managers, proves that he is definitely an icon of football in the UK and around Europe. Unfortunately the team couldn’t get it done this season, but that is not in any way due to him, and Jürgen will always be a true LIVERPOOL LEGEND forever! JÜRGEN, you will always be ADORED by us Liverpool fans and all the people, and finally, You’ll Never Walk Alone!

I started supporting Liverpool in 1979 as a child and I can't think of anyone in my adult life who has represented LFC and done as much for the club we love as Klopp he will always have a special place in my heart and be missed so much 😢 but we will move forward and never forget the time his influence had on the club and how he bought the best out of his players! I couldn't wish him more of the best for his future because of what he has achieved and the joy he has given us all , thank you Jurgen thank you so much ❤

There are a few people who come along who truly have the 'X-Factor', & for sure Jürgen Klopp has that.He is a born leader & that is universally recognised.The fact that so many fellow United fans have offered their respect to the man is a remarkable testament to his qualities.This man could run for Prime Minister & he would win it hands down.He is a modest man & I don't think he understands the amount of respect he commands from English football in general.

Not a Liverpool fan but this man is one of the greatest managers in the history and I'm so sad to see him leaving, I can't imagine the scenes at Anfild when he will say the final goodbye, Klopp forever a legend and one that will never come again 🙌

This man is the first man in my life as a football fan to give me genuine happiness. Nearly half of my life all I’ve known is him. He’s given me days I will never ever forget. Danke Jurgen. his high pressing strategy changed not only premier league football but even set the bar a bit higher for world football. Without the likes of Mane, Firmino, Salah, Milner, Henderson who tirelessly press and press and press week in week out, the whole plan would not have worked out. What a team, what a legend, you and your football will be greatly missed by everyone in liverpool and beyond. YNWA
