Wow. Talk about two tiered “justice”! My son had a 13 year old girl climb in his lap when he was drunk-he’s serving five years! This man repeatedly raped a girl barely into puberty-he’s given a pass…and allowed to continue? The entire PD where this happened needs to be investigated, and all the chain of command above him need to at the very LEAST lose their jobs. TWO people are dead ,man’s how many raped , molested, and traumatized because he was a cop?

Where do we start? The school district , police, the parents/guardians/ group home-(whoever was legally responsible) of the 17 year this entire time this was taking place for years? Every single person made aware of the ongoing complicated situation (including a 17 year giving birth, I’m assuming, at a hospital at probably at the age of 16) needs to account for the failure to act. Even in Yakima, no one felt they could do better?
