《闪婚厚爱》讲述了大龄女青年江一凡嫁给了技术男王宇明，父亲江闵宽和姐姐江一琳终于放下心来。王宇明事业受阻，决定自己创业，谁知困难重重，两人生活步入困境。江一凡在体检中发现乳腺有问题，却因不能确定王宇明是否会不离不弃而不敢告诉王宇明，决定一个人承担压力与痛苦。同时，王宇明前女友晓菡受伤住院，身边无人照顾，王宇明主动承担看护工作，这举动让江一凡与王宇明的情感雪上加霜。江一凡想提出离婚，却发现离婚后只会困境更大，决定回到婚姻中自我拯救。随着江一凡与王宇明两人间的误会的慢慢解除，王宇明的重情重义让江一凡重新触碰到婚姻的温暖。“没有完美的开始，只有完美的坚持”，江一凡信守这一婚姻理念，成功将自己和王宇明这两只婚姻菜鸟的“半熟婚姻”走向了温暖明亮的未来。
