Gambling is an addiction that so many have, a lot of women as well but not many talk about. Its an addiction like any other and should be treated like a disease

House always wins. The more you play, the more you lose. Period.

Having a gambling addiction can hurt more than the addict. My wife had a good friend that had a sister who had a gambling addiction so bad she lost her business, house, and family. It got to be so bad she acted as a lookout for someone who attempted to break into our house. Fortunately, I had the window setup where you cannot open it or lift it out of frame from the outside.

She bet the horses that warmed up the best in the warmups.
  • has the great Steve Wynn says " The only way to win in the casino is to own it".
  • Not sure about other states but I know my state doesn't have any rehab facility for gambling addicts. Basically calling a hotline or going to addiction meetings ( that aren't even specified to gambling ) is about all we have. It's pathetic how limited the resources are. Drug addicts and alcoholics seem to have a plethora of rehab options though. Gambling addicts are typically afterthoughts.
  • 7:37 He'd have said Hell no, I'm not going to rehab when my daughter can pick winners like that. We're going to strike it rich!
  • Ruins marriages, families, professional lives and in the end society if unchecked. Be vigilant. Be wise.

Well done. Sadly the America lacks good resources for this addiction. GA is great but spread thin. The UK has much more assistance in a smaller area, and much posted on YouTube. It really is a silent epidemic. Thanks for making this.😊
  • Remember this the casinos could not be open unless people lost you cannot win
