The Guild Wars Anniversary Event - Get the new Anniversary Skills

During the 15th anniversary of Guild Wars 1, ArenaNet added 10 new skills to the game, one for each profession. This was a major and welcomed addition to the game. Now, every year, during the anniversary event, you can capture these skills and partake in the other Anniversary stuff that is going on. Guild Wars is Alive!

I played this game for several years in the 2000s and this video just gave me an insane blast to the past. I don't think any of my friends will play this with me anymore but it makes me happy to know that GW1 is still alive and can be enjoyed by people even today!

im going for gwamm finally this year so this event is huge for progressing towards that. almost 20 years of this game and never got gwamm. i thought well better late than never

In Augury rock you could also take the Mesmer skill Empathy, works just as good. (As long as you yourself don’t attack) In Roller Beetle racing you earn Racing medals. If you have 100 you can trade them with Kenichi (beetle trainer) and unlock a racing beetle pet in your Zaishen menagerie.

Never done PvP in GW1. Is the daily Hall of Heroes worth doing for the rewards? And can you queue for it without joining a group first?
