This is the perfect exercise routine for kids to work out their arms and legs at the same time!! Although they're usually worked out separately, it's perfectly possible to unify lower and upper body training.

This super quick workout will get kids working their arms and legs to burn fat and make them stronger. In 13 minutes of exercise, kids will work their muscles, doing some fun moves that mix standing and mat exercises, ensuring they can also work on their motor coordination. This routine is a combination of compound exercises and dynamic movements, with variations of squats and lunges to work the legs and mat routines to work the arms, so the little ones can have enough strength to play, practice sports and stay healthy!!
