Awesome State Park visit with lots of ancient artifacts and ruins.

Spring Break 2024 road trip to eclipse totality in Texas!
March 30th, our day 1 of 11, led us through Southern Utah to a remote State Park. We hit the jackpot for no crowds on this stop. This was a great place to stop and stretch our legs and break for lunch while on our way to New Mexico for the evening.

Enjoy!

Plenty to see in the museum and it was brave trusting that old ladder down there to the fire pit. Real strange looking telescope but man those views over to the mountains were amazing. Cheers Alan

Great Museum! We havenā€™t heard of this State Park beforeā€¦ very nice! Wonderful that they have so many artifacts. You can really get a sense of what life was like when people lived there. Really interesting to see their trade routes and colorful pottery. Weā€™ve visited a few of the other sites in the southwestā€¦. Arenā€™t the Kivas coolā€¦. Kristy was brave to go down the ladder first!! šŸ‘ŒšŸ‘šŸ‘ā˜€ā˜€

Hi guys I loved this, the state park looked great with all of the ancient artifacts in the museum, loved the arrowheads and pottery and those moccasins which must have been difficult to wear out hiking there ! Soo interesting. We would love that trail with the mountain views and definitely being able to see those ruins. Its great that these are protected. So good that you could get down into that keeva/ kiva. That telescope was brilliant, I would love to see the mountains through that. Great video šŸ‘šŸ‘~ Anna
