HONG KONG VLOG of eating, hanging out with friends and exploring!
Sun King Yuen Curry Restaurant near Lee Tung Avenue has been on my hit list for a while. They've been operating since the 70's, so they've been in business for over 50 years! They started as a dai pai dong (outdoor eatery) and now, they're in a very clean but small shop near the Wan Chai Wet Market. They are most famous for their curry pork chop rice and there is always a line, but Sun King Yuen Curry Restaurant is truly worth the wait! Not only is it delicious, but the portions are huge as well. We also got to explore Art Basel, hang out at a fun minibus themed cha chaan teng (Hong Kong style cafe), eat dinner at a hidden BBQ restaurant in the Causeway Bay, and finished off with dessert in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Great to see Wan chai!! I used to go there often to participate in exhibitions! I would love to go to the curry place with pork chops as well as the noodles with seasoned beef. Everything looks so good! The barber shop should be preserved as a historic thing..it seems like we take history and legacies for granted..I guess it is every where..not just Hong Kong and Korea.. Despite the tedious weather, it was great to see you and your enthusiasm towards food in Hong Kong! Great video!

I love the Pork Chop restaurant and the Mango dessert. The art Basel was beautiful and nice inside. Wish I there to experience those restaurants and stores with you.
