I would toast the pecans in a tablespoon of butter until browned. It really brings out the flavor in the pecans and the salad. 🤗

Just yummilicious could make a meal of this with garlic bread thanks for this awesome recipe. Sort of reminds me of my Mum's Russian salad minus the pasta and with different veggies and fruit. But comfort food
