This honestly looks like a classic Disney animated movie.

The drawing style reminds me of "Lilo and Stitch" and "Atlantis".

Fun Fact: Chell has the ability to speak throughout the entire game. She just doesn't have anything to say and is too petty to give GLaDOS the satisfaction of responding to her.

I remember, quite recently, I watched this, inspired by the animation, cried because I found out the animator worked on my favourite animated movie of all time (Spiderverse), decided to go and buy Portal 1 & 2, and decided to actually get back into animation again because of the fact that I got so emotional from this… Well, everything about this. And now I’ve finished playing the first Portal game and am getting hype for finishing the second. This video has been the singular catalyst for my sudden burst of inspiration and happiness now. I don’t know if you ever check the comments of your Channel anymore, but I hope you get to read this to see how much your creation has inspired people. I, literally at the time of writing this, am sitting at my desk with an animated project opened up at my computer adjacent to me because of artists like you that reminded me that I can and should make art again! i heard that back in development, wheatley was actually gonna die at this part. it kind of explains why you hear an emancipation grill when he gets thrown

This made me like pre-betrayal Wheatley even more.

I've been going through the video frame by frame and some of the frames for Wheatley's facial expressions are just absolutely hilarious. This is animation at its finest.

I can’t get enough of Wheatley and GLaDOS as androids here. I keep watching it! Love how Wheatley’s the more human-looking android, and then the eyes flashing like monitors gives it away.

Late to the party, but i like how Glados, presumably one of the first personality cores, looks inhuman here compared to Wheatly, who is a newer modle that just looks like a normal guy here
