So people don't seem to understand... Saitama's power isn't the use of superhuman strength. It's the ability to deal with anything that happens THROUGH THE USE of superhuman strength. His JOB is to be overpowered, that's why he was created (as a character, not in the canon). He's the personification of the Up to Eleven trope. His "base form" is that state of breaking limits that main characters use when they're about to lose.
