I think what made Naruto as good as it was wasn’t because it’s that entertaining in shippuden but rather because it’s a giant mystery full of small reveals. The reveals are nicely foreshadowed which gives a fun reward for people when they finally see what happened

Started my 1000th rewatch of Naruto after I came across Nicholas watching it for the first time. I can only imagine watching the show for the first time again, having my mind blown at reveals, and the EMOTIONAL MOMENTS... Can't wait to relive the rest of the show again through this series.

Rewatching naruto is the definitive way of watching it IMO Knowing all the lore drops, all the connection and even the fate of some characters like the 3rd hokage and asuma make evry scene so damn impactfull that it i shed tears at some of the most mundane moments. It didnt become my favorite anime till i rewatched it, and upon rewatching it, I cried, alot, 2 scenes in particular made me genuinely choked up that i couldnt talk, which isnt how i was on the first watch through
