On July 28, thousands of students protested in Old Rajendra Nagar and Karol Bagh, demanding justice for three UPSC aspirants who drowned in the IAS Coaching Centre's flooded basement. Protesters accused the administration and the coaching centre of negligence and claimed that the police were misinforming them about the death toll.
