Even though Edward has a serious problem with stalking Bella and watching her sleep, I feel like he’s nowhere near as terrible as Christian because at least he never enjoys the thought of abusing her or takes advantage of her while she’s drunk🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I hate E. There is something I want to say. When a guy doesn’t want you to hang out with other guys and doesn’t let you hang out with them, it won’t stop there. They will at some point not want you to hangout with your friends, and then it will escalate to your family and who knows what else. I speak from personal experience and this is what happened. This goes for men too. If your girlfriend doesn’t want you hanging out with other girls it will escalate to what I said. When your partner doesn’t want you hanging out with the opposite gender, you need to leave that relationship! It will only get worse from there.

Look, at this point I'll just consider it a win that he never, ever utters the phrase "are you lost baby girl?" and never outright kidnaps her (just some mid-level stalking). Seriously, Twilight suddenly didn't look so bad after 50 Shades, and then the same happened for 50 Shades when I learned about 365 Days. I'm honestly kinda scared now what kind of literary horror show has to come along next to continue this slow downward spiral of messed up romances.

Amanda yelling “no bad” about Christian Grey made me envision her spraying him with water like a dog. Edit: if Christian Grey were a dog he would be an angry, horny, little chihuahua that bites people who come within two feet of their favorite human (sometimes they bite their favorite human if they pet or pick them up wrong.)

One of the things I hate most about the 50 Shades of Grey series isn’t the mess up representation of BDSM or even the characters themselves. What I hate is that she plays it off as because Christian was abused he has a need to abuse others. Now, that does happen but the percentages are very low. As a survivor of abuse, I hate that most media either portrays survivors as broken and weak or broken and abusive. It is so wrong.
