Bloodborne On PS1?! Nightmare Creatures II Review - TeslaChad

When Bloodborne came out I kept telling everyone it was like a remake of Nightmare Creatures..probably why I love it.

Too bad this and the 1st one aren't on virtual console or I would have revisited them by now. I like the charm of "dated" games in the PS1 as well.

Hmph. I probably should have played this game like you. If you make good use of the suggested combos, this game gets way too easy and repetitive gameplay-wise. And I played through it on the hardest difficulty. Well, it gets really easy if you even get each creature's fighting pattern down. You don't really need to use a single special item on any of the creatures if you use the suggested combos and know their patterns. Atmosphere- and music-wise, this game is indeed mindblowing. It's a lot darker and more serious than the first game.
