The scarlet fever line always gets me because everyone always says it’s so rare and nobody never gets it anymore, but I got it when I was younger. It was awful, I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. I couldn’t go into the sun, my body was deep red, my skin was all peeling, and the skin around my eyes felt an inch thicker. It was just horrible.
