Saw this when I first played the game. Unlike him I didn't want blood on my hands so I tried to tie him up, instead got my ass kicked. If I see him again I'm crippling him.

For some reason even though you find the encounter in Valentine, if you let him kill the wife then hogtie him and take him to the sheriff, Later on you can see his hanging encounter in Rhodes.

I've tried to bring him to the sheriff but then it said that there was a witness to me kidnapping him, they've killed me after that.

this is crazy.. i intervene so guy attacks me and i tie him up tkaing him to cops and i get blamed for kidnapping

I’ve been a real bastard on this play through and just did this one, but I just watched around a corner and let him walk away. He still gets caught and hung. :)
