Herbalism for Beginners (self-study + resources)

Published 2023-07-11
A little while ago I began my journey of studying herbalism, and it was intimidating to begin. • One comment - I saw that you were only drying chamomile flowers. Which, they’re great for headaches and mild tension. But the dried stems, if steeped, can help with period cramps. I had a Mexican-American roommate and it was her go-to for cramps.
  • You should take Dr. Patrick Jones HomeGrown Herbalist School of Botanical Medicine. I love what you do. It tells you how each herb works with the body.
