I talk about the new apple ipad pro, magic keyboard and apple pencil pro. I discuss why I got them, what led me to getting them and why I think the ipad will NOT be getting Mac OS anytime soon.

First time running a video like this. Hope it's enjoyable

    Regardless of the M4 and OLED, iPads are still mostly consumption devices. Everything "I" can do on the M4 iPad Pro I can already do on my iPad Air 4 and iPad Mini 6. It's like buying a Lamborghini when all you're going to do is buy groceries. It's just overkill. Same with the iPad camera. I've never seen anyone use their iPad as a camera.

    Makes zero sense to choose a two-thousand dollar iPad, running a crippled mobile OS over a two-thousand dollar MacBook Pro, unless you’re a digital artist, which is a niche use case.

    They could add touch features to Mac OS. This would make sense with the new Final Cut version too.

    I dont think they are going to bring Mac OS to the iPad either but not for the same reason you stated. In fact when they announced Final Cut they actually said why they designed it from the ground up for the iPad and its TOUCH not for IPAD IOS. You could still run that app on the Mac OS if they did in fact do it. The fact they built that app would not keep them from moving the iPad to Mac OS. And I also believe if they did it they would allow you to use either or in terms of iPad or Mac software. There are plenty of people that dont want Mac OS.

    No it won't get MacOS unless someone can break the security of the iPad or be brave enough to try swapping flash chips but I doubt the iPad uses the same flash memory.

    I'd put yourself in the thumbnail. There's hundreds of videos on YouTube now of the new iPads and such that just have AI voices and your thumbnail makes it look like just another one of those.
