    Thank you Huberman for recording another NSDR protocol. Doing NSDR has been really effective for me in releasing stress stored in my body and helps to slow down my overthinking brain. I hope it will help others to fully relax like it helps me, while still being awake.

    just woke up from a terrible tormented sleep, barely hit 4 hours, tried this as my first thing in the morning and let me tell u something, at the end, I politely reversed the thank you he said like on an uno game. Guy gave me like 4 extra hours of sleep in 20 minutes and still says thanks to us? simply amazing! my chronic problems are running like pussies since I discovered this channel ❤

    A day that was about to be unproductive and guilt ridden has been saved :) I was feeling down, tired and miserable - now I've done my workout, prepped ingredients for a healthy dinner and I'm about to go visit my elderly grandpa. The dementia still takes a toll on me, but now I feel okay enough to go. I can say that NSDR genuinely saved the day

    That's awesome , I will add to my sleep playlist . I already have the ten minute one. Actually there are times when I wind down to watch something before going to bed , I listen to the ten min video to relax from the day .

Today actually I went to play cricket in direct sunlight at afternoon and then also played a little football due to which my body was extremely exhausted..... And right now when I did this I am feeling a completely new human being.... Never felt so calm before... thank you andrew huberman..❤😊
