Episode 35 - Georgia 2.0 w/ Georgia Carmichael

David Goggins famously asks "Who's going to carry the boats?"
Don't worry David, Georgia will be rowing all of the boats, no matter how hard you try to stop her.

In this episode I'm joined by Georgia, a Great British and once fully able, para-rower who has persevered through not one, not two but three life altering incidents including a diagnosis with a terminal illness (MELAS) to get back to being a champion.
Georgia shares her story of incredible success as a young rower before her first incident where she beat the odds and got back to fitness and on the water competing again. Lightning struck again and again and she finds herself proving health professionals and seasoned doctors wrong, competing and winning to this day.

"Sport has kept me alive, and it's going to do it again". - Georgia Carmichael
