Not true in some areas it hurts the pain is just in the moment but still it is hurting I can’t explain realy how it feels but it’s like little lightening ⚡️⚡️⚡️ and in some areas like under arms or down there it is hurting more than on the arms or legs For me personally i got used to it and on my arms and legs I don’t really feel it just like she said it in the video but in those areas its still painful
