Looking for a home similar layout to the video, 12 feet above ground, ground level could be exclusively garage, all living area ceilings are to be 11 feet or more, dry bathrooms, if wet bathroom, add another wettable potty, 1950 square feet living space, dimensions of rooms will be given, if you know of such a home in the USA at latitude of Richmond VA or lower, with mountain view or at least not flat, fully walled yard/compound, a big veranda on both major sides, lot size 1/5 acre upwards.
