You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time๐Ÿ”‹ โ€ข Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone๐ŸŽง โ€ข a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.โ˜• โ€ข Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.โŒจ โ€ขAnything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy ๐Ÿˆ Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it.     Im currently 16 and i am way more confident than i was before. Compared to when i was in middle school it was so bad i was soo insecure but i started to stop thinking what.others think of me. If i were to do something and someone would say that was weird it would hurt but i tried to ignore and I tried to practice it more and and more and i am better. I love myself more. I started to go to the gym and i am 3 months in with consiatwncy and i remind myself that i am doing this for myself. I also feel way better because i go to the gym. I am not to my goal to be more confident but ill get there little by little. Im a senior this year and i just cant wait for what this year brings. I hope anyone who is rrading this knows that you can do it, you are perfect, if you decide to change it should be because of your own will! Because you want better for yourself not for others! Tip: i used to think of all the cringey stuff i would do and i would feel bad the rest of the day but when i do think of those times i just say "I forgive myself, that was the past i am different now" and it really works. I hope you have a great day to whoever is reading this you are an amazing person and you deserve to be happy! โคโค

    This Playlist is something anyone that is or has been going through what I am STILL going through! KNow that if you want anyone to love you, love yourself first cause you know yourself better then anyone else. So don't listen to that group of girls/boys and just love yourself.
