I’m so proud of you all!!! You went from using your phone sitting up against a box on the dining room table to record to having a camera man! And you went from Chance not wanting to speak on any of your shows to now being an integral part of each topic!! Can’t nobody say God ain’t good!!!

My husband takes a bath every Saturday morning while reading his bible. 🙏🏽❤

Self care activties: massage, accupunture, foot massages, getting a facial, staycations, fun activities like going to the beach or playing miniature golf

Rev Run, from Run DMC, used to end every episode of Run’s House with some words of wisdom, while sitting in a bubble bath. Fellas may need to try a good bath every now and then. ✌🏾❤️

I almost cried when Chance said he had basketball feet and Tab said, and what is a basketball made of- leather. Tan said and that’s just what your feet look like- leather!😅😅😅😅😅

There's self-care and then there's wellness. Everyone defines them differently.

I’m a man from the south and when I was younger my dad and my great grandmother didn’t have showers so I fell in love with baths early. Now I definitely have a shower but stilI love baths with candles, Palo Santo, candles, and smooth jazz in the dark. Quick tip take that formula and do it for your wife with a really good hot tea and thank me later.

Mani pedis are fairly new to us. Nobody got these 20 years ago. Self care was relaxing on the front porch after a long day of work.

We could never afford to have manicures and many other things growing up. Never had one until a few years ago.
