Serves - 2

Ingredients -
1 - Brown Onion, Diced
5 - Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced
2 - Stalks of Sage, Roughly Chopped
2 - Stalks of Oregano, Roughly Chopped
2 - Stalks of Parsley, Roughly Chopped
500g (16) - Prawns/Shrimp
200g - Pasta of your choice (I used Fettuccine)
1 Tbs - Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1/4 Cup (60ml) White Wine (Always use a cheap wine when cooking)
500ml - Thickened Full Fat Cream
Grated Parmesan to Serve
Flat Leaf Parsley to Garnish
Season to taste
