What I love about Pete is that he responds with such calm and dignity. He’s never drawn down to the level of the haters and bigots.

Pete Buttigieg is so articulate, so smart, and so unfazed by criticism and "gotchas" that he makes me feel calm and confident just by listening to him. And he knows his stuff, it's right at his fingertips. I've never seen him at a loss for an appropriate response that always addresses the actual question with no deflecting. He never goes low. He is a national treasure.
