I’m with you Fern. I’m got rid of plastic last month after learning more about it. I’m about to replace the non-stick cooking ware and go back to stainless steel. In addition, I trashed almost everything with polyester. If you or hubby are wearing polyester, I suggest you minimize it or get rid of it altogether and wear cotton or/linen instead. Read about polyester if you haven’t already. Great video, have a good one.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! VIDEO and Thank for the knowledge and transparency too...! In the mornings, I read several Psalms in the Holy Bible and then pray several prayers that I have written out, watch YouTubers from various YouTubers living the Philippines and Thailand. That keeps me motivated and laser-focused on relying on God and Jesus to help me achieve my goal of graduating and getting certified in AWS Cloud Computing. I want to "retire" in Thailand and work there remotely. After that I make the long 5 minute commute to work and go through the drive through at either one of the local coffee shops or Starbucks. When I get to the parking lot at work, I will read "Our Daily Bread" which is a devotional. I would rather read the actual physical book any day, rather than a .PDF file or even off of an app on my phone. You are doing a great job with your family and business, and it is vitally important that you take care of yourself as well so get rid of that guilt. I also go for a walk with my one of my bosses twice a day during the work week.

Hi Fern, I have to admit your positive attitude is the answer for a better life and I really hope your little baby is going to learn her different languages in regular practice and all you need to do is have her practice 2 words a day with a simple description and a visual of its spelling without forcing it into her mind and keep each language separated by another activity like playing maybe in the same language and pausing at least 12 minutes until another language.. Gradually she will be finding her own volume and speed, even if she's not willing to interact you just talk and show the graphics of each word, believe me that she is taking it in just like when you first experience meditation it's annoying at first and gradually you don't even realize how much deeper you get and she'll be surprising you after a while even if it's in a couple of months or even years.. Just saying..

Love your videos but I have to say that as a mom you have to do what is best for your family. When it comes to plastic it's to late😢 science has found micro plastic in the blood of everyone in the world that they have tested looking for it including the unborn child in the womb. They are a forever threat they never go away.sad how we insist on killing ourselves.i believe enjoy life as best you can
