This video is great for the first time user of Excel. If you are not a first time user the steps are: Press F5 (Go to) select Special then Select box Blanks. Then in File select Delete and the option Delete Sheet Rows. Minute 5:07 from the video.

this works ONLY IF ALL THE ROW IS EMPTY - if you have some rows that have random empty cells, it picks them as well
