You have been an inspiration to me. I have not posted any videos yet, but I had my sleeve done on 12/27/11. I hope to post some videos in the new year and, perhaps, serve as an inspiration to some of the males out there. Anyway, keep posting and feel better.

Cassie, A big thank you for being apart of this community. It's folks like you that have put the footprints in the sand and allowed us to see the journey and to see the possibilities. Like you I am so appreciative of this community. I don't think I would have been as successful. There is no way. Family and friends are supportived but they can't possibly know our hopes, dreams, struggles and just hard work that we have to put in in order to rid ourselves of this weight. Thank you for being here

Happy Anniversary & Happy New Year!! Cassie, you are one of my role models. Losing 125 lbs is AWESOME. My Kaiser Bariatric Center says MOST oral meds & nasal sprays for cold, flu & allergies can be taken. Read Labels. Examples: Robitussin CF; Tylenol Cold Products; Mucinex; Clarinex. As always - check with your own Doc.

Aww that is awesome.....u can do it girl!! U will get that 30lbs off n 4 mos. But u r killing the weight loss wow in only 9mos. I would love to do the same. Congrats...Happy Anniversary and Happy New Year!
